When will my order arrive?

Your order should arrive within 4-7 working days via Royal Mail second class.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We take the utmost care in packaging your items so this shouldn't happen, but just in case they take a tumble in the post we accept returns on any damaged items within 14 days of purchase. We will require proof of purchase and photos of the damage. Please get in touch with us to arrange your return.

Question 3

What happens if I ordered the wrong size?

We advise that you check the size guide carefully before ordering to try and avoid this, but if you do order the wrong size get in touch and we'll arrange to exchange it for you. Buyer must cover return postage.

How often do you bring out new products?

As a small sustainable business we bring out around 2-4 new products each year. We believe in slowing down clothing consumption and we feel that bringing out lots of new products would contradict that.
